Alan and me wanted to let you know how thankful we are for the lovely way you all looked after
Alan’s mother, both whilst she was a resident at in Brun Lea and during her last illness.
She always seemed very settled, right from the very beginning and during her final days she was
looked after beautifully by all the staff.
We would also like to thank you for the welcome we received when we visited her, always offering
some refreshments.
